“Thank you, Adrienne, for an amazing experience!

I am still recovering from the journey, but remain in awe of our planet.

I have to say that  the phrase "The Agony and The Ecstasy" hold a new meaning for me.   Never have I been in such physical discomfort/fatigue and pain, juxtaposed to the sensation of wonder, awe, and excitement.

But I would totally do it again!”

-Linda Choe

“I think about our trip all the time.  It was so exciting and joyful.

These photos have been so vibrantly illustrative of our wonderful trip…I’ve shown them to many friends.

Half of them want to sign up and go with you next year.:-)

The positive effects of the Canyon journey has inspired me to be outdoors more

and pursue Forest Bathing/Therapy training as an adjunct to my work.

I just love being out in the woods.

“This amazing poem was just sent by a friend.

It describes the amazing night’s sleep I experienced which

you helped me to understand was a “peak sleep experience.”

Does it ring true for you?

All my best,

-Jane Z.

“I thought the earth remembered me, she

took me back so tenderly, arranging

her dark skirts, her pockets

full of lichens and seeds. I slept

as never before, a stone

on the riverbed, nothing

between me and the white fire of the stars

but my thoughts, and they floated

light as moths among the branches

of the perfect trees. All night

I heard the small kingdoms breathing

around me, the insects, and the birds

who do their work in the darkness. All night

I rose and fell, as if in water, grappling

with a luminous doom. By morning

I had vanished at least a dozen times

into something better."
